Heart Healthy Recipe Diabetes Recipe
Use store-bought brownie mix, but instead of eggs and oil, use egg whites and yogurt. This delicious brownie recipe makes easy chocolate brownies with less fat and calories.

Ingredients

    • 1 package (21 oz) brownie mix
    • 1/2 cup egg whites
    • 6 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt

Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat a 13- x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
