How to Volunteer at Saint Mary's Health Care
Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at Saint Mary's Health Care. We consider our volunteers to be an invaluable part of our organization. Our volunteers support the care delivery team to create an excellent care experience for each patient. Our hope is that you will become a life-long partner with Saint Mary's Health Care.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our organization, meet new friends, and enjoy recognition events and activities. With the generous support of people like you, Saint Mary's Health Care promises to deliver something more to our patients and the community.
You will find forms for your application below. Please follow the instructions listed below for each item. Once all of the forms are returned to the Volunteer Services Office, we will schedule a time to discuss volunteer opportunities and complete the application process.
Volunteer Application Forms (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the forms. Free download here.)
Application: Complete the application form and return it to the Volunteer Services Office.
Background Form: Complete the criminal background form and attach to your Application when returning the Volunteer Services Office.
Reference Forms (2): Complete the top portion of the reference forms and forward them to people to whom you are not related. Reference Forms should be sent directly to the Volunteer Office from the Reference.
