WorkLife Services Employee Assistance Program

For Businesses

Participating in one of our employee assistance programs can help you turn your workplace into a better, more productive environment. WorkLife Services provides:

  • Prepaid counseling sessions for employees and their immediate families
  • Orientation and training for supervisors, lead staff, and all employees
  • Consultation with managers and supervisors on employee issues
  • Two hours of educational training/workshops per year on your choice of topics offered by WorkLife Services EAP (specialized training can be developed upon request)
  • Assistance with development of policies and procedures for implementation of a work/life program
  • Priority scheduling for assessments and within 24 hours in an emergency
  • Brochures, posters, and other program-related materials
  • Monthly supervisors' newsletter to share with staff members
  • Monthly newsletter on various topics of interest to share with all employees
  • Aggregate (to protect confidentiality) quarterly reports on usage
  • Meetings with company representatives to review the program and discuss any required changes (frequency determined by company and the EAP Coordinator)
  • Debriefing services following critical incidents affecting the workplace
  • Selected special programs will be available at a discount
  • Professionally trained therapists, licensed social workers, and psychologists (MSW, PhD and LLP)
